Is MemberVIP legitimate? Who runs it, how the money moves, what is public

A Brazilian company with a public registration number, no subscription fee, and payouts and rates written down. Plus why unrelated namesakes show up in your search.

Updated on September 5, 2026

MemberVIP is operated by Membervip Tecnologia Ltda, CNPJ 45.402.683/0001-41 — a Brazilian company, registered in a public registry anyone can search. There is no subscription and no signup fee: the platform only earns when you sell, and the rates are written down — 10% or 15%, depending on how the sale happens. If you landed here after seeing a complaint about “member vip” somewhere, check the company number first: the name is generic and there are unrelated namesakes.

Read this before anything else: payments are Brazil-only

Checkout runs on PIX and Brazilian credit cards. International payment does not exist on the platform — a fan paying from outside Brazil cannot complete a purchase. This is not a detail buried in the terms; for most people reading in English it is the fact that decides whether the platform is usable at all. If your audience pays from abroad, this is a no, and the rest of the page will not change that.

Who operates it

  • Legal entity: Membervip Tecnologia Ltda.
  • Company number: CNPJ 45.402.683/0001-41 — Brazil’s public business registry, verifiable independently.
  • Country of operation: Brazil — payments in Brazilian reais, via PIX and domestic cards.
  • Official contact: vip@membervip.com.br. Official profiles are listed on the About page; anything else using the name is not the platform.

How the money reaches you

The fan pays PIX or a Brazilian credit card, inside the conversation itself. The amount lands in your balance with the percentage already deducted, and withdrawal is your move: you take it out whenever you want, from the available balance. With PIX the money becomes available shortly after the payment clears; on card, the payout follows the acquirer’s settlement schedule.

One more thing worth saying plainly: on card payments there is an acquirer processing fee, charged separately from the platform’s percentage. PIX has no extra fee.

What it costs, exactly

  • Subscription: zero. No signup fee, no hidden cost. A month with no sales costs you nothing.
  • 15% on what your AI sells by talking for you — you keep 85%.
  • 10% on what the Telegram bot or the web sells directly, without the AI — you keep 90%.
  • Card: the acquirer’s fee, separately. PIX carries no extra fee.

The structure matters more than the number: because the platform only earns when money comes in, it loses alongside you in a bad week. That is the opposite of a subscription, which charges the same in the month you sold nothing.

The namesakes — and why they show up in your search

“Member VIP”, “membervip” and variants are commercially generic. Subscription clubs, paid messaging groups, trading signal lists and assorted services all use some version of the name. When you search whether MemberVIP is trustworthy, part of what comes back — complaints included — is about those.

Separating them takes ten seconds: look for the company number. A complaint, contract, charge or profile that does not carry CNPJ 45.402.683/0001-41 is not about this platform. It is the same test worth applying to any service with a generic name, and it is more reliable than the logo.

Content security

  • Per-buyer delivery links. Paid content is not dumped into the channel: each buyer gets their own protected link, which makes a leak traceable back to a subscription.
  • The VIP door belongs to the system. Paying fans get in and expired ones are removed automatically — it does not depend on you being online.
  • The content is yours. You can take it with you whenever you want; the platform does not keep it.
  • Aggregate, never exposed. Numbers we publish about the base are always aggregate, with no creator or fan identified.

What the platform does not do

Trust is also measured by what is not promised. MemberVIP does not bring you fans — it runs the sale for the audience you already have and for whoever arrives through your own channels. It does not accept payment from outside Brazil. And it does not replace where you host content today: OnlyFans, Fansly and the like solve a different problem, and you do not need to leave any of them to use this one.

MemberVIP is operated by Membervip Tecnologia Ltda, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 45.402.683/0001-41 — Brazil’s public company registry, which anyone can look up. There is no subscription fee and no signup fee: the platform only earns when you sell. Rates are public — 10% or 15%, depending on how the sale happens — and your content stays yours.

Who is behind MemberVIP?

Membervip Tecnologia Ltda, CNPJ 45.402.683/0001-41, a Brazilian company. The official contact is vip@membervip.com.br, and the official profiles are listed on the About page — any other account using the name is not the platform.

I found complaints about “member vip” online. Are they about this platform?

Probably not. “Member VIP” is a generic commercial name used by subscription clubs, paid message groups, signal lists and unrelated services. Before attributing a complaint, check the company number: ours is CNPJ 45.402.683/0001-41. If it is not that one, it is not us.

Can fans outside Brazil pay?

No. Checkout is PIX and Brazilian credit cards only — international payment does not exist on the platform. This is the single most important thing to know before signing up from outside Brazil.

What does MemberVIP charge?

No subscription and no signup fee. What your AI sells by talking for you is 15% (you keep 85%). What the Telegram bot or the web sells on its own, without the AI, is 10% (you keep 90%). On card payments the acquirer’s processing fee applies separately.

Does my content get locked into the platform?

No. The content is yours and you can take it with you whenever you want. Inside the platform it is delivered through a protected per-buyer link instead of sitting loose in the channel — which is what makes a leak traceable back to a subscription.

Let the platform run it for you.

No monthly fee. You only pay when you sell.
